Shipping & Returns

PredatorEDC.com is highly committed to ensuring our customer's complete satisfaction. We accept returned merchandise within 30 days of its receipt. All returned merchandise must be have all original tags attached, be unwashed and in new condition.

Mistakes happen. If there is a problem with your order please inform us within 10 days of any discrepancies so that our customer service reps can address the problem. If PredatorEDC.com is responsible for the mistake we will send you a pre-paid return shipping label.

 IMPORTANT NOTE: No merchandise will be accepted without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This number MUST be provided by your PredatorEDC.com customer service representative. The RMA number MUST be clearly displayed on the outside of EACH carton returned. Unauthorized returns will be refused and returned to you by your carrier. All merchandise returned to PredatorEDC.com is subject to a 15% RESTOCKING fee unless the merchandise is defective. Soiled or worn merchandise WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AS A RETURN. Any UNAUTHORIZED merchandise included with an RMA will be denied credit. Any discrepancy or short ship claims MUST BE REPORTED WITHIN TEN (10) DAYS of receipt of your order.

Shipping Your Return

When shipping your return you MUST use a pre-paid shipping service which includes tracking. FedEX and UPS are recommended.

Exchanges

PredatorEDC.com does not process exchanges in the traditional manner. You will need to return the item in question and place a new order on our PredatorEDC.com website.

UPS & Freight Claims

Damaged or unsealed cartons must be noted with carrier at the time of delivery. Notify our Customer Service Department (888-722-2129) upon discovery of damaged cartons and retain damages for UPS inspection.

BATTERY PROMOTION


For a limited time, we are also giving away free batteries with any Fenix Light (excluding rechargeables and TK50). We will give you the amount of batteries your Fenix light requires to operate. So if the Fenix flashlight you order takes (2) CR123 batteries, we will send you (2) CR123 batteries! The correct battery type (AA, AAA, or CR123) will be chosen to match the light you order. Closeout flashlights do not qualify for free batteries.
